Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our products. All items are custom-made and shipped directly from our factory in China. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
Order Cancellation

Within 24 hours of purchase: You may cancel your order for a full refund.

After 24 hours of purchase: Your order will be submitted to production. No cancellation requests will be accepted.
Returns & Refunds

All products are custom-made. We do not accept returns or refunds for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, ordered by mistake, or does not meet expectations).

For quality-related issues (e.g., damaged, wrong item received), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Important Note
Orders cannot be intercepted or recalled once shipped from our factory. Please double-check product specifications, sizes, and quantities before placing your order.
Logistics policy:
Order Processing & Production

Your order will be sent to our factory in China for production within 24 hours of purchase.

Production takes approximately 3-5 days.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after 24 hours of confirmation.
Shipping Options & Delivery Time
We offer two sea freight options. You may choose your preferred option at checkout:

Delivery times are calculated from the shipment date after production (production takes approximately 3-5 days).
Delivery Service

We provide door-to-door delivery (installation is NOT included).

Goods will be delivered to the shipping address you provided. Please ensure the address is correct.

Any additional charges caused by an incorrect address will be borne by the buyer.
Cost & Charges

All product prices include sea freight, customs duties, and door-to-door delivery.

Air freight is NOT included in the product price. Please contact us for a separate quote if you require air shipping.
Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.
Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, customs inspections, carrier issues, or other force majeure events. However, we will assist you in communicating with the carrier.

If the package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Important Notice for Signing

Please inspect the package for any visible damage upon delivery. If damage is found, take photos, refuse the delivery, and contact us immediately.

Damage claims submitted after signing for the package will not be accepted.
